REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Billings, Burns & McDonnell (Engineer), and Dick Anderson Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/ Construction Manager), invite interested Subcontractors to submit prequalification requirements for the West End Water Treatment Plant (WEWTP).

The City has contracted with Dick Anderson Construction, Inc. (DAC) as the GC/CM. The completed Work will provide the City of Billings with a new West End Water Treatment Plant located south of Hesper Road between Shiloh Road and South 48th Street West. The project is currently at 60% Design, and 90% Drawings and Specifications will be released the week of October 30th for bid. In order to bid the project, subcontractors must submit prequalification requirements according to the attached documents and be approved. Please note, this Request is only for prequalification. No bids are currently due. It is anticipated that a separate Request for Bids will be let for prequalified subcontractors the week of October 30th, 2023. To prequalify, fill out the Subcontractor Prequalification Form and the additional information requested in the Prequalification Bid Packages & Additional Information, Request for Billings WEWTP.
