Bid Number/Description: 041219/Critical Infrastructure Protection Training NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Missouri Police Chiefs Charitable Foundation (MPCCF) is requesting sealed bids for Critical Infrastructure Protection training. Direct inquiries regarding this IFB or the project may be directed to the MPCCF by telephoning (573) 6365444 or by emailing email@example.com Purpose: This solicitation invites bids for a Basic and Advanced Critical Infrastructure Protection training to include the proper design and effective use of the built and social environment to achieve a more productive use of space and a reduction of crime with an in-depth examination of key concepts and practices in integrated risk management, private-public partnerships, capabilities-based and community-focused planning, and whole community resilience strategies, along with plan review, report writing, presentation skills, lighting, planning and zoning, and behavioral management. The desired course should be for 50 participants to be certified to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) standards. The Critical Infrastructure training course(s) should be no more than eight-(8) days total/sixty-four-(64) hour course. All courses are to be delivered and completed no later than August 2019. Training is to be held in Jefferson City, MO. Bidder must submit one proposal by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the bid number and description in the subject line. Emailed bids must be received by MPCCF no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on April 23, 2019. Please note: the time we will use is the time of receipt in the MPCCF email system. Unless otherwise due to extenuating circumstances and approved by MPCCF, any bids received after the date and time listed above will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 8:00 a.m. on April 15, 2019 at the following address: Missouri Police Chief's Charitable Foundation 1001 E.
