A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at TL Hardin Middle School, located at 1950 Elm Street, St. Charles, Missouri 63301. Bids will be received by Mr. Jeremy Shields, Assistant Superintendent, Operations on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at the District Office, 400 North 6th Street, St. Charles, MO 63301. Public bid opening will follow immediately thereafter. The project consists of demolition of existing art room; a two story classroom and storm shelter addition; food service upgrades; and flooring replacement along with associated site improvements to TL Hardin Middle School. Contract documents will be available on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Checks to be made out to City of St. Charles School District.
