Copies of documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies for the fee listed online. Interested vendors should submit sealed bids clearly marked "23-050 Westhoff Park Pickleball Court Lighting" to the City of O'Fallon, Attn: Christine Grabin, 100 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO 63366, by 2:00 PM CDT, June 1, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened at that time. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Westhoff Park Multi Use Court, O'Fallon, MO 63366 at 9:00 AM CDT. The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality.
