INVITATION TO BID City of St. Charles School District R-VI HVAC Upgrades For Coverdell Elementary School Sealed bids are requested from qualified contractors for 2023 HVAC Upgrades Project for Coverdell Elementary School located at 2475 W. Randolph Street, St. Charles, MO 63301. Only Design-Build contractors meeting the requirements within the specifications will be considered as qualified bidders. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., at Coverdell Elementary School, 2475 W. Randolph Street, St. Charles, Missouri 63301. Bids will be received by Director of Facilities, Mr. Josh Schaffer, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., at the District Office, 400 North 6th Street, St. Charles, MO 63301. Public bid opening will follow immediately thereafter. All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program ("FWAP") Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP. The project consists of replacing the existing WT System with a VAV System. It also includes replacing an air cooled chiller, interior AHU's, FCU's, and convectors. Other work includes adding a new RTU and ductwork to the kitchen as well as installing controls for all new equipment.
