A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through of the buildings will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Emerson Performance Center building, 115 Theater, which is located at 3101 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103.
