Invitation for Bids IFB 22-BFVEIR Forest Village Exterior & Interior Rehab The Housing Authority of the City of East St. Louis (HAESL) located at 700 N. 20th Street, E. St. Louis, IL 62205 is requesting bids to rehab interior and exterior units at Forest Village. IFB's can be downloaded starting Friday, December 16, 2022 after 2 pm by visiting www.eslha.org For more information contact Lynn Clanton at 618.646.7211. HAESL reserves the right to cancel this IFB, reject any or all bids, and waive minor informalities for bidders as deemed necessary by HAESL and the public's best interest.
