Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Lewis and Clark County, Montana is seeking a Naming Rights Partner to place a sponsor name on the Exhibit Hall located at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds. The terms and conditions of the agreement will be negotiated with the selected offeror.
Copies of the detailed RFP, including a description of the required content of proposals and the criteria to be used in evaluating the proposals, are available online at the link below or by contacting Kevin Tenney, Fairgrounds Manager, at ktenney@lccfairgrounds.com.
All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must be prominently marked “Exhibit Hall Naming Rights RFP” and received at the Office of the Lewis and Clark County Commission, 316 N. Park Ave., Room 345, Helena, MT 59623 by 4:00 PM MST on March 20, 2023 in order to be considered. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be opened.
