Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Lewis and Clark County, Montana is soliciting proposals from qualified inmate communication services vendors to provide local and out-of-area communications services combined with state-of-the-art equipment and technology throughout the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center located at 221 Breckenridge Street, Helena, MT.
Copies of the detailed RFP, including a description of the minimum content of responses, the scope of work, and the criteria to be used in order to evaluate the proposals, are available online at www.lccountymt.gov/bocc/bidsrfprfqsoq.html or by contacting Casey Hayes, Purchasing Officer, at chayes@lccountymt.gov or (406) 457-8855.
All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must be received at the Office of the Lewis and Clark County Commission, 316 N. Park Ave., Room 345, Helena, MT 59623 by 4:00 PM MST on February 27, 2023 and will be opened at a public meeting on February 28, 2023.
