The City of Missoula is requesting proposals for a Human Capital Management system to replace our existing HR & Payroll system from Tyler Technologies to include the following services: project management associated with installing and configuring the selected system and related hardware, migrating existing data to the new platform, training system users, providing ongoing maintenance and support and hosting services (if necessary).
