One (1) original, four (4) hard copies, and one (1) electronic copy containing the proposal in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf) must be received by the City Clerk’s Office, at 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 no later than 12 noon local time on November 23rd, 2022 in an envelope clearly marked “Response to Request for Proposals for Missoula-Area Aerial Photography”. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
