CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA CALL FOR BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting sealed bids for:

Glen Lake Rotary Park Phase 1 Improvements

Separate sealed bids for construction of City of Bozeman Glen Lake Rotary Park Phase 1 Improvements will be received by the City Clerk at the office of City Hall, 121 North Rouse Ave., Suite 202, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230 until 2:00 p.m., local time, June 8, 2023 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Please write the name of the project on the front of the sealed bid.

Bids must be received before 2:00 p.m. on June 8, 2023. Original copies must be submitted - no faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened and read following the close of bids.

The project work is generally described as follows:

Construction of the roadway, back-in angle parking, trails, ADA parking and bike parking within the Phase 1 area to complete the connection between the south access road (constructed in 2020) to the existing gravel turnaround that is located at the south end of the existing park improvements. The project will also include stormwater infrastructure, landscaping and irrigation.

The work will be completed within 90 calendar days following Notice to Proceed.

The Contract Documents may be examined or obtained at the office of Sanderson Stewart; 106 E Babcock St, Suite L1, Bozeman, Montana 59715 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Required deposit is $50.00 per set, which is not refundable.
