REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY PHASE 1 BASE HYDRAULIC CAPACITY UPGRADES

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Bozeman (City) is requesting qualifications from engineering firms (Respondent) for design, bidding and construction administration services for the Phase 1 Base Hydraulic Capacity Upgrades Project at the Bozeman Water Reclamation Facility (WRF).

Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are available on the City’s website .

All responses to this RFQ must be provided as a single, searchable PDF document file and be submitted digitally as an email attachment to the submission email address below by the deadline indicated in this notice. Respondents are advised that the email attachment size limit is 25MB and that only one PDF file will be allowed per response. The subject line of the submission email shall clearly identify the RFQ title, company name, and due date/time. File sizes greater than 25MB in size may be uploaded to the City Clerks’ Office upon special arrangement with the City Clerk. If this arrangement is made, it is sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure the file upload is completed, and that the City Clerk is separately notified via email of the completed transmittal, prior to the deadline given in this notice.

The deadline for submission of responses to this RFQ is Friday, November 17, 2023 at 3:00pm local time. It is the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure its submission is received by the City Clerk prior to this deadline. Late submittals will not be accepted.
