LIMITATIONS OF SUBCONTRACTING: The Limitations of Subcontracting may or may not apply to a resulting solicitation from this Market Research. Vendors are advised to familiarize themselves with Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 19.505(a)(2) and 19.505(b)(1) as it pertains to subcontracting limitations. Vendors are also advised to familiarize themselves with 13 CFR 125.6 and the penalties described in this regulation.

Furnish and install replacement of three (3) ISTAR Ultra GCM Boards

3687 Veterans Dr.
Ft Harrison, Mt. 59636 The Physical Access Control System (PACS) Server controls the door access programing for the entire hospital and some of VA Montana HCS Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Three ISTAR Ultra GCM Boards have failed and cannot receive new door access commands from the PACS server. The goal is to restore full functionality to the PACS system.
Vendor will remove a total of three nonfunctioning ISTAR Ultra GCM Boards - one from building 141, one from building 154 and one from building 169 at Fort Harrison VA Medical Center, Montana.
Vendor will install three new ISTAR Ultra GCM Boards - one in building 141, one in building 154 and one in building 169 at Fort Harrison VA Medical Center, Montana.
Vendor will test each of the three new ISTAR Ultra GCM Boards that were installed to ensure full functionality with the overall PACS system.
