The US Forest Service currently leases 25,188 square feet (RSF) of office space and related space including 4,910 RSF of warehouse and 19,000 sf of ware yard space at 1801 North First Street Hamilton Montana under lease number 12034316L0302 for the Bitterroot National Forest, Supervisors Office. The current lease expires on September 30, 2026. The US Forest Service intends to add a 5-year unevaluated renewal option to the current lease with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this leased location. The right to pursue a renewal option is detailed in GSAR 570.401. Renewal Options.
This will serve as a notice of intent to provide adequate transparency to the market.
