The Wise River Ranger District and Wisdom Ranger District on the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, have the need for miscellaneous fencing supplies to be delivered to two locations. This amendment incorporates the following and is hereby included in this solicitation:

-Changes the response date from 4/12/23 to 4/13/23

-Adjusts line items 006 and 007

- Changes in this amended solicitation have been marked bold and underlined: -Line 006 is now reflected as: 12.5 gauge, 2 point barbed wire, premium class 1 -Line 007 is now reflected as: 12.5 gauge, barbless, premium class 1

Amendment 001 incorporated the following and is hereby included in this solicitation:

-Changes the response date from 4/10/23 to 4/12/23

-Adjusts line items 001, 002, 003 and 006 - Changes in this amended solicitation have been marked bold and underlined.

-Allows for a proposed delivery date to be added as an additional evaluation factor.

-The wire and steel; shall include brand name in quote and proof of compliance of the Buy American Act (52.225-3 and 4), will be required prior to shipping.

-The treated wood shall have state inspection.

-Adds the clause, 52.225-3, Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act

-Adds the Provision, 52.225-4 Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act Certificate - please fill out the attached section in 52.225-4, if applicable.
