Description

The Indian Health Service, Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, MT intends to issue a sole source contract to Cepheid for the Annual Preventive Maintenance of the Government owned GeneXpert laboratory analyzers. Cepheid has proprietary rights for all maintenance service, parts and repairs with the existing government owned GeneXpert System currently located at the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, MT.



The sole-source contract will have a period of performance 3 January 2023 to 2 January 2024. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 811210 is $22M.



THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package is available. All responses received, to include capability statements, withing 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. No telephonic inquiries will be honored.
