This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



The Montana Army National Guard has a requirement for catered meals withing the vicinity of Jordan, Montana from 05 May to 02 June 2023 in order to support remote training. Please refer to the attached statement of work for a complete description.



The requirement is a request for quote: W9124V23Q0010



The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 14 February 2023.



Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Offers will be be evaluated equally on technical ability, past performance, and price. See attached solicitation for further details.
