Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease approximately 5,421 RSF of medical office space and approximately 25 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as a Vet Center. VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then new builds. If no existing buildings or new builds meet the VA’s requirements, the VA will then consider build to suit options.
