This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



75H709-FB23Q-001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 37.4 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts.
