The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Tongue River Electric Cooperative, Inc.; 212 Main Street, Ashland, Montana. The company shall provide Electric Utility Services to the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana.

This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
