This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA822723R1131 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and its supplements.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 811310 and Product Service Code J049. This requirement is for a one-time effort for a five (5) year boom crane inspection for three (3) each National Crane Boom Truck(s) 1400 Series for the 583rd MMXS, Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB). Inspection is required In Accordance with Air Force Manual (DAFAFMAN) 91- 203 Air Force Occupational Safety, Fire and Health Standards and Crane Manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor shall accomplish full boom inspection, replace cables, wear pads, load tested to manufacturers specifications at Contractors facility by a certified National Crane Inspector/Mechanic. The service provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Statement of Work. The basic period of performance will be 6 months ARO from date of award.

• All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis.


• All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 6 Months ARO. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule.

Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance within the specified timeframe.

Any exceptions to the Boom Crane Specifications, must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote.

**The due date for all proposals is Wednesday, October 04, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Thursday, 28 September 2023 at 12:00 p.m. MST. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
