Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District intends to include a brand name or equal description for Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) systems as a portion of a new firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract titled Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) Complex, at Great Falls, Air National Guard, Montana. The following brand name or equal items are intended to be included as a part of the construction solicitation requirements:



ENRAF 954 Servo gauge



Veeder-Root Item #TLS-450 Plus





Products/systems must comply with FAR provision 52.225-12 and FAR clause 52.225-11 as referenced below.

237120 - Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction







GENERAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) Section is Section 33 52 43.11 2.7.1.2.1 lists requirements for quality, sustainability, and testing to be met by the ATG system.





BUY AMERICAN STATUTE REQUIREMENTS: The software platform must comply with Provision 52.225-12 Notice of Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials Under Trade Agreements, and Clause 52.225-11, Buy American-Construction Materials under Trade Agreements.





SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturers and/or suppliers responding to this announcement shall verify that the products/systems satisfy the general requirements listed in the attached draft Specification Section 33 52 43.11 para 2.7.1.2.1. A technical specification demonstrating compliance are requested to be included with the response. In addition, please provide cost and place (State(s)) of manufacture for each item. Responses should be submitted to the indicated point of contact with company name, address, and point of contact.
