Description: Healthcare Screenings including Laboratory Testing – Kootenai National Forest (MT)



The USDA Forest Service located in the Kootenai National Forest (MT) has a need for Healthcare Screening Services to include laboratory testing using blood draws and take-home kits for employees in five (5) locations specified in B.2 Scope of Work (pg. 2) of the attached SF-1449.



Healthcare Screening Services to include laboratory testing shall be conducted at the USFS offices listed in Section B.2 (pg. 5) OR at the contractor’s lab location.

Anticipated start date is March 13, 2023.
