The Montana Army National Guard is conducting this sources sought for market research purposes. No contract will be awarded on the basis of this notice.

The Montana Army National Guard is seeking vendors that are capable of providing a Mobile Hearing Test booth. Vendor would need to supply the booth and testing equipment required to administer hearing tests. The booth and equipment must be mobile, with the intent to move the system to other facilities as needed based on mission requirements.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

If your organization has the capability to supply these products, please provide the following information:

1. Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization (Small Business status); and

2. Catalog or website address of products available that would meet these requirements to include product specifications and dimentions; and

3. Delivery lead time estimates for shipment to Helena, MT.

If a complete system is not available through one vendor, subcontracting or teaming with additional vendors may be noted.
