Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to NorthWestern Corporation, 3010 W 69th ST, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The company shall provide Electric Utility Services to the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana.



This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
