Pre-Solicitation
On or about 02 February 2024, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Outdoor Station Service Transformer B Install Fort Peck, Montana. The solicitation will close on or about 05 March 2023. The solicitation is Unrestricted and Open to Both Large and Small Business Participation.
Site Visit
A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.236-27.
Project Description:
Install outdoor station service transformer B, assume transformer will be moved from current location. Replace four existing 4160 switchgear including 4 vertical draw-out 4160-volt circuit
breakers with horizontal draw out breakers of modern design and safety features. Replace
existing 4160-volt potential and current transformers associated with the 4160-volt bus.
The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 900 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance.

The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
