This contract will be for the replacement of the fire and security systems for Powerhouse 1 and Powerhouse 2 at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Peck Project.
The contractor shall complete all work as described in the technical plans and specifications. In general, this project will involve: replacement of existing CCTV cameras and installation of additional cameras, replacement of security and access control devices, replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a new fire alarm and mass notification system, powerhouse door replacement, and vehicle entry gate replacement.
Existing electronic security system (ESS) software will remain in place and continue to be used. All new access control system (ACS) devices must be compatible with C-Cure 9000 version 2.8, and new CCTV cameras must be compatible with Avigilon Control Center 7 (ACC7) CCTV Network Video Recorder (NVR).
A Tentative Site Visit is scheduled for 24 January 2023 at 10:00 AM MT. Further instructions and details will be annouced in the solicitation.
