The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Space Exploration Technologies Corp., 1 Rocket Rd, Hawthorne, CA 90250-6844, to provide Starlink satellite internet service in the 341st Missile Wing Complex. Market research has demonstrated that Space Exploration Technologies Corp. is the only entity able to meet the exact specifications of this requirement: Low latency, high bandwidth, rapid deployment, and coverage to remote areas not currently served.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
