Description

The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. This noitce does not constitue an invitation to bid or a request for proposals/quotes. All interested parties should respond.





Scope: The Montana National Guard AASF has a requirement(s) for Regional Aviation Phase Sustainment Center Support Services (RAPSC) for both the UH-60 and CH-47 (UH-60 and CH-47 may be deemed seperate requirements depending on feed back). Contractor is expected to perform a minimum of 20 Phased Maintenance Inspections (PMI) level I & II annually for each type. PMI I&II shall include the following:



This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages must include:

1--Positive statement of intent to summit a proposal/quote

2--A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form, (see attached)

3--A listing of projects completed during the past three years with regards to the requirement (relevancy and recency), both for government (more important) and private industry. Details of solutions and support provided, dollar value, contract number (if government), location, point of contact (POC) are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor.

4--A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.

This is a sources sought, not a solicitation, an attached PWS is included that is summarized for the UH-60 to get a better understanding of the requirement. The PWS is still being revised and defined and the attached does not include language for the CH-47. Questions and concerns shall only be sent if they are needed to assist in informing the Government of the qualification pool of vendors capable of supporting this requirement. The Government may take feed back into consideration of requirements definition.



**Location for either air craft service may be moved to Billings, MT or some other location in the state during the period of performance.
