--Concerning the pumping the following has been provided by the customer.



For bidding purposes:



Line Pump (minimum 220' horizontal capacity) for pumping concrete for flatwork:



4 separate days/mobilizations



8 hrs/day



87 CY of concrete pumped/day



Arial Pump Truck (minimum 36 meter boom) for foundation footings and walls:



8 separate days/mobilizations



6 hrs/day



33 CY of concrete pumped/day

--Quotes should take into consideration if additives are used in the concrete to account for temperatures such as extreme hot. A seperate line item should be added to the sheet for these additives if they will be necessary and change the pricing of the concrete.

Requirement is for delivery of material to Fort Harrison. See attachment for required material and specification. Materials required to purchase are sub-base material and location preparation, concrete and rebar for 260ft x 60ft pad and footings- material with bent re-bar. First batch of material shall be delivered by appoximately May 5-10.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.

52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this requirement.

Offers should inlude a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (unless updated in SAM.gov). FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
